I'm uploading pictures, it may take me a while to get them here, because I have a TON.. but SOON, I promise! ;)

We headed out to Conners A-Maizie-ing Acres today. I wish I knew about this place sooner, its SO great for kids. We met our good friends Jenn, Keith & Aiden there, and ran into several other friends. They have a corn maize, which we didn't attempt with a 15-month old, a great little play area for the kids, pumpkin patch, petting zoo, cow train, corn kernal pool and really yummy sweet tea :)

























And for those of you who know my wonderful husband, you should get a kick out of this.. such a rebel :)

Something tells me that Braden is feeling better.. he found a bowl full of chocolate and peppermints and moved it from the end table to the coffee table, I came in and found him chowing down.

My sweet boy is sick :( We went to see Dr. Mary today and he's on augmentin. She said his ears are the culprit - thankfully the tubes are doing their job, so they're not infected, but there's a whole ton of mucus and it's draining and causing B to just be a wreck. He's been out of school all week with a fever. I hate it when he doesn't feel well :(

Mr. B had his 15 month check-up with Dr. Bonnie today! It was a good thing too because he started getting a bit sniffly this weekend and I wanted her to check it out, she said it looks like a cold and he should be fine in a few days.

He's still off the charts for height and weight - 33 pounds and 34 inches! He's in 2T clothes.. I guess he's really not a baby anymore! :( Developmentally, he's great. He's still hitting all of his milestones on time or early.

She said since he's such a big guy, we really need to stay on top of disciplining him so that he knows Mommy and Daddy are in charge - she seems to think he's going to be quite a bit bigger than me, so I need to make sure he know's I'm an authority figure now. I'm going to have to work on that.. it's hard for me to reprimand him when he's so freaking cute.

Today we helped B's little buddy Jack celebrate his 1st birthday! I always have such a great time watching all of our boys play together - it's going to be so wonderful for them to grow up with such a great group of friends. Kind of makes me jealous :)

B & A really wanted to go outside and play in the pool

I had some errands to run after the party, so Adam and B were on their own for dinner.. anyone who knows Adam knows that there are pretty much 2 places he goes when he has to fend for himself - Chick-fil-a or Krystal. Tonight, Krystal's won - Adam figured they were mini burgers so B would love them.. :)

We spent the weekend doing a whole lot of nothing and it was absolutely wonderful. We played outside for a bit, B is finally big enough to actually enjoy the mini-motorcycle that The Schwan's (our cousins from South Africa) got him, he had a blast on it.



Later, we went to dinner at La Nop, where our sweet boy tried to steal Daddy's beer. Lets just say that I hope he follows in my footsteps when it comes to drinking, because if he follows in Daddy's, Mr. B's teen years are going to be interesting, to say the least.

September is "Children Around the World" month at B's school. Today they had a parade in honor of it. I have to say, I'm incredibly impressed that B's teachers managed to wrangle 16 toddlers without a single one of them wandering off!

B's class (young toddlers) represented the Philippines, they painted t-shirts with the flag on them.



The infant class represented the USA and was ADORABLE, I giggled a bit when B's old teachers wheeled the babies out in their cribs. For those of you who remember B's favorite teacher, Mrs. Pringle, that's here pushing the 2nd crib.



After the festivities were over, we headed to Maggie Moo's with my mom for ice cream and foos ball - B totally kicked Adam's butt :)

My good friend Beth organized a trip to the Jacksonville Zoo for our group of friends - I had to work, but since we're slow my wonderful boss let me take the day off to hang out with my friends and our adorable boys.
